Courier Costs
For purchases up to a value of $200, courier delivery within New Zealand costs a flat rate of $5. For purchases above $200, courier delivery within New Zealand costs a flat rate of $10.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive kind of unbroken. If your purchase arrives broken, congratulations – you have received the special 3D Mug Puzzle! (Just add glue) If this is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a full replacement.
All New Zealand orders should arrive within 3 business days. Please allow 1-2 more days for rural delivery service (But you’d expect that, wouldn’t you? Country bumpkins! Just joking: backbone of the country!)
